About Me
Hi, I’m Emily — a wife, a crime-show connoisseur, and an aspiring garden mom.
I’ve been fascinated by babies, pregnancy, and birth for as long as I can remember. Watching TLC’s A Baby Story as a child sparked a lifelong curiosity and love for birth that eventually grew into a calling.
In 2023, I followed that calling by joining AmeriCorps and training as a birth doula through DONA International. Since then, I’ve supported over 50 mothers and families, providing steady, informed, and compassionate guidance through pregnancy and birth.
I help mothers plan and prepare for the birth they envision—answering questions, explaining options, and offering calm, loving support every step of the way. My goal is to help families feel confident, informed, and deeply supported as they welcome their babies into the world.
Outside of birth work, I love singing at my church and spending time in worship with my community. I also enjoy going on walks and spending time outdoors whenever I can. One of my dreams is to someday have a small farm with chickens and goats, growing a garden and raising my family in a place that values simplicity, connection, and care.
Supporting families during such a meaningful moment in their lives is truly an honor. I would be grateful to walk alongside you on your journey—from bump to baby.
